English Walkers’ Wool, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our product (natural wool for skin use), We only accept returns if the product is unopened and in its original packaging..
Returns Policy
- Deadline You have 14 calendar days from order receipt to requesting a return.
- Product status: The product It must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened products.
- Return costs Return costs are always borne by the customer.
How to Return an Order
- Contact us: Send an email to info@walkerswool.com along with your order number and a photo of the product Unopened.
- You will receive instructions: We will provide you with the return address.
- Send the product: Once we receive the product in its original condition, we will proceed with the refund.
Refunds
- The refund will be made within a maximum of 7 working days from the date of receipt of the product.
- The refund will be made via the the same payment method used in purchasing.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty or damaged product without having opened it, please contact us at info@walkerswool.com along with a photo of the product and your order number. We will cover the return costs and we'll send you a replacement or issue a refund immediately.
Exceptions
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Products outside their original packaging.
- Orders placed more than 14 days after receipt.
